These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Foora. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Foora provides AI-assisted legal tools, including contract drafting, document review, e-signing, IP registration requests, and compliance information. Foora is a software tool — it is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
2. Not legal advice
Content generated by Foora is general information and may not reflect the most current law or your specific circumstances. For binding matters, consult a qualified lawyer. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any document before relying on it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any organisation you represent.
4. Credits, plans & payments
- New accounts receive complimentary starter credits.
- Additional usage requires credits or a subscription. Credits are consumed when you perform a billable action and are non-transferable.
- Payments are processed by Chapa. Subscriptions renew per their term unless cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it to facilitate fraud or other illegal activity.
6. E-signatures
By using the e-signing feature, you and your counterparties agree that electronic signatures are valid and binding. You are responsible for the accuracy of signer details and the documents you send for signature.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foora is provided “as is” and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its output.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
